Funded physiotherapy
AHS-funded physiotherapy for eligible patients
Alberta Health Services funds physiotherapy for patients who meet its eligibility criteria. Those criteria are set by AHS, not by the clinic, and they generally relate to your circumstances rather than your condition.
To check whether you qualify, call the AHS Rehabilitation Advice Line on 1-833-379-0563. You can also ask us, and we will tell you honestly whether your situation is likely to qualify before you book.
Insurance and payment
Direct billing, claims, and no surprises at the desk
We direct bill most major extended health insurers, and we handle motor vehicle accident and WCB claims through their own processes. Coverage is confirmed before treatment starts.

Which service should I book if I am not sure?
Book a physiotherapy assessment. Every service here runs off the same assessment, and what you actually receive is decided by what that assessment finds rather than by what you picked at booking.
Are these separate appointments?
Mostly no. IMS, shockwave and manual therapy are applied within physiotherapy treatment when indicated. Massage therapy is booked separately.
Do you offer funded physiotherapy?
Alberta Health Services funds physiotherapy for eligible patients, with eligibility decided by AHS rather than the clinic. You can check by calling the AHS Rehabilitation Advice Line on 1-833-379-0563.
Do you direct bill?
Yes, to most major extended health insurers. We also handle motor vehicle accident and WCB claims, and we confirm your coverage before treatment starts.
