During my early adult life I played many sports at a highly competitive level. My first year of college, I was named the most valuable player and captain of the volleyball team. I was also captain and the most valuable player (and won numerous other sports awards) in the Medicine Hat Ladies Fastball and Hockey Leagues. I have continued to lead an active lifestyle. I am a mother of four children (13 to 6 years old) and have a special needs daughter. We as a family have participated in the Canadian Birkebeiner Ski Festival, camp regularly, hike, and five of six family members play ice hockey.

I have been dedicated to continuing education for myself, and by mentoring physiotherapy students over many decades. I have worked with many teams and sports over the years, including rugby, diving, gymnastics and others at local to international levels. I am a competitive swimmer, triathlete and trail runner, and enjoy walking and running with my dogs. I have received several awards, including the YWCA Award for Women of Distinction. I have served on several Boards of Directors and Executive committees of Sports Physiotherapy, Alberta Sport Medicine Council and other professional and community organizations.

Our goal at Coronation Physiotherapy is to provide the best treatment to our patients. This includes a full scanning examination to determine the cause of your issues. Priti Jadiy BScPT

Physical therapists
"Priti Jadiya graduated in 2009 from the Sancheti Institute College of Physiotherapy in India with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy. She continued her education, specializing in neurosciences, with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2012 from the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai.
After working for three years in Mumbai, Priti relocated to Canada in 2015 with a quest for new experience. She began practising orthopaedic physiotherapy in a private clinic in Edmonton. She also gained various skills in orthopaedics through course work and has training in Spinal manual therapy, Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Method and Biomedical Dry Needling.

While in private practice, Priti developed a passion for vestibular and balance rehabilitation. She completed her basic and advanced certifications in vestibular rehabilitation under Bernard Tonks and has completed extra course work in concussion rehabilitation. She has completed a certificate of competency course in vestibular rehabilitation from Texas. She continues to develop her vestibular rehab skills by taking continuing education courses.
Priti finds that helping patients with dizziness, vertigo and balance problems is very fulfilling as even small improvements can lead to a dramatic enhancement in function.
When not working at the clinic, Priti enjoys spending time with her husband and family, hiking, gardening, cycling, yoga, and craftwork."
